Pay Band: 7/F Country/Location: Singapore Department: Exams Contract Type: Indefinite Closing Date: Tuesday, 28 October 2025- 23:59 Philippine Time (GMT +8) Role Description/Purpose The Head of Sales and Account Management is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the sales strategy and managing a team of Account Managers to achieve annual B2O (Business to Organisation) business targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They may also be responsible for managing key accounts and leading high-value opportunities within their territory. Role Accountabilities We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Head of Sales and Account Management to lead our B2B (business to business) sales and account management strategy within a designated territory. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of country-level plans to achieve ambitious business targets. You will ensure that all key accounts managed by your team have annual account plans and performance goals, while working closely with country and regional marketing teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. A critical part of your role will be to monitor both new business pipelines and existing account performance to ensure your team remains on track to meet annual targets. As a leader within the B2O Sales Partnerships function, you will manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Account Support professionals, each responsible for a portfolio of clients. You will guide them in developing bids and proposals, closing new opportunities, and growing and retaining existing accounts. Your leadership will ensure that onboarding, training, and development needs are addressed, equipping your team with the tools and knowledge to meet global standards. You will also coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high-quality standards across all activities. Your role will include managing high-value opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and acting as project manager for large bids. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and taking proactive steps to retain and renew partnerships, especially when accounts are at risk. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with global sales processes and data governance requirements, overseeing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) workflows and business systems to maintain accurate and actionable data. Qualifications & Experience Education: University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or discipline Certification and Professional Qualifications: Sales or Marketing qualifications Knowledge and Experience Essential 4 years of sales experience to include some experience of B2B sales Familiarity with Salesforce or use of similar CRM Experience of managing a team Desirable Solution-sales experience in large sectors (e.g. financial services, media, pharmaceuticals tourism, government sector etc) B2B Marketing experience Languages: Proficiency in the local language at C2 level for both speaking and writing. English proficiency at C1 level for speaking and writing.
