Salary: £45,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm; Friday, 9am–4pm)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (6-month probation)
Location: HQ in Milverton, Somerset — this is an on-site role

Role Purpose
This is a pivotal leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the next phase of our commercial growth. You’ll be responsible for evolving our sales and business development function of the business, introducing systems, setting clear goals, and leading a small talented team to even greater performance. Working closely with the Purchasing Team, you’ll help translate our purpose-driven values into a robust, high-performing commercial strategy.

What We Offer
Competitive salary 45-50k depending on experience for a 36.5-hour week. After a successful 6-month probation, we may consider a limited hybrid arrangement (up to 1 day per week remote, i.e. 20% max), but the role will remain primarily office-based.
