This is a Full-Time position based in our Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing innovative commercial strategies to drive significant revenue growth, expand our market presence, and lead our talented sales and marketing teams to achieve new heights. This role is crucial for shaping the commercial future of our organisation. The company is entering a high-growth phase with national-scale partnerships, starting with the Mudad campaign reaching 400,000 Saudi SMEs, and is seeking a leader who can translate this momentum into measurable, scalable revenue growth. The Role Idaratech is hiring a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead its growth engine, uniting performance marketing, SDRs, and Sales under one revenue strategy. The role owns the full funnel, from digital campaigns and lead generation to conversion, retention, and renewals, and reports directly to the Vice President. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Idaratech’s integrated sales and marketing strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets • Lead and coach the Sales and SDR teams (+25 members) • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google with a focus on conversion performance • Design playbooks and sales funnels for strategic partnerships (Mudad, Qoyod, Tameeni, Muqeem) • Align and optimize the entire customer journey through Odoo CRM and Sadad payment data • Report to the Vice President with forecasts, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations Requirements: • 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles • Minimum 5 years in SaaS, ERP, or B2B technology, preferably within government-integrated or fintech environments • Proven track record leading teams of +25 and achieving multimillion-SAR sales targets • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with mastery of CRM systems and performance marketing tools • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English • Leadership style that is structured, accountable, and results-oriented Compensation This role offers a high-performance commission structure directly tied to team revenue, designed to reward outstanding quarterly and annual results.
