WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Head of Sales is a pivotal leadership role, accountable for delivering sustainable growth, driving commercial success and excellent client experience. This role will lead our store teams, manage wholesale partnerships, and oversee our private sales strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury sales across various channels, a hands-on leadership style, and proven experience delivering results through people and partnerships.
This position will have store and private sales managers reporting directly to it, and is responsible for their development, performance, and delivery against KPIs. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and driven by delivering exceptional experiences and strong commercial outcomes.
