As Head of Sales - APAC Region you work closely alongside the Regional Director and the global sales team. You will be respnsible to create, develop, implement, and deliver in the APAC Region upon the sales operation strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and implement sales & distribution strategies for the APAC regional designed to achieve overall business objectives and financial targets, including predictability of the business, both in terms of building the foundation/business to delivery
  • Forward sales planning and forecasting, to support requirements of the region
  • Input to vehicle logistics concept, selection/management of required of third-party providers
  • Management of retail finance programs, including definition of strategy, selection of third-party finance providers as required by strategy
  • Development, implementation and management of fleet strategy, in conjunction with HQ teams
  • Create KPIs/targets by which to measure effectiveness of our distribution channels, coordinating market intelligence, building composite data for each of those channels
  • Leadership of the APAC sales team
