As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring their professional growth and success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
