Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive significant growth. In this senior role, you will be responsible for shaping our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and driving sales in the expanding whisky cask ownership market. A key part of your role will be to build and manage a team of Portfolio Managers who will provide bespoke cask ownership solutions to our clients, guiding them through the entire cask ownership lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, a passion for whisky, and a deep commitment to building and managing successful client portfolios. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team, gaining exposure across the business, and helping drive our expansion both domestically and internationally.
