    We are T H White Construction and have been serving our customers across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and North Somerset for over 40 years. Our range of construction plant and machinery equipment covers new and used excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks and telehandlers.
    We’re recruiting a Senior Sales Manager / Area Sales leader who is excited to take the helm at a senior level, but also remain hands on with a responsibility for their own territory.
    There’s a great deal of variety with a blend of hands-on sales, divisional leadership and strategic decision making.
Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for driving our overall construction revenue, shaping team performance, and strengthening our market presence. Responsibilities include:

  • Selling new and used heavy construction machinery in your own assigned territory.
  • Leading, coaching and supporting a team of three territory sales reps across two sites.
  • Developing and delivering strategic sales plans tailored to local market potential.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Building long-term customer relationships through trust and outstanding customer service.
  • Planning a consistent strategy for commercial success.
