Job Description Purpose of Job: Develop and implement sales strategy in the assigned geographical area. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: 1.Supports the development & implementation of the regional strategy in the assigned geographical area 2.Define Market Strategy in his/her defined area/segment in cooperation with Head of Sales SEAP 3.Actively manage accounts, including brand owners, in the assigned country, including any assigned projects 4.Initiates market driven business developments and portfolio measures 5.Account Receivables Management, Improvement against previous year and meeting target Management of Global and Regional Key Accounts: 1.Initiates & supports the business development & implementation of the global & regional Key Account strategy 2.Initiates, manages and coordinates all development activities for Global Key Accounts in the country 3.Business case preparations for new Business with actionable plan 4.Initiates business developments projects and success measures 5.Support sales in the country to bolster project/opportunities pipeline People management/organization: 1.Lead and coach sales and CSD team members to achieve their KPIs 2.Effective Performance Management for sales, CSD team members and distributors 3.Training on product portfolio to customers, dealers whenever required. Qualifications Education: BSc & PhD in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or equivalent, MBA desirable Additional Information Business experience: 1. 5+ Years technical experience gained in account management. 2. Comprehensive understanding of pigment technology including production processes, value chain, application technology. 3.Good coatings, inks or plastics market knowledge and established relationship with key industry players are a plus.
