Head of Sales – Crete Prime & Super-Prime Residential Real Estate Greece Sotheby’s International Realty Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury real estate brokerage in Greece, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales – Crete to lead and develop our operations on the island. This is a senior commercial role with full responsibility for building the Crete platform: developing market presence, securing prime and super-prime listings, recruiting and mentoring agents, and representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand at the highest level. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic market development and offers the opportunity to shape the long-term growth of one of Greece’s most important luxury destinations. Responsibilities Lead and develop Greece Sotheby’s International Realty’s sales operations in Crete. Build, recruit, onboard, and manage a high-quality team of Sales Associates. Secure and manage prime and super-prime residential listings across Crete. Personally handle high-value transactions and key client relationships. Oversee the full sales cycle: valuations, pitches, negotiations, and closings. Ensure consistent application of brand standards, processes, and ethics. Act as the main point of contact for local developers, property owners, and strategic partners. Collaborate closely with the central Athens-based management and Private Office teams. Maintain accurate reporting, CRM discipline, and pipeline visibility. Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and authority in the local market. Requirements Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Proven experience in sales, preferably in prime or luxury residential markets. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow sales teams. Strong commercial instinct and confidence in negotiations and pricing strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of client service, discretion, and long-term relationship management. High level of organisation, accountability, and process discipline. Professional presence aligned with an international ultra-luxury brand.
