Job Description
Nine is seeking a senior, strategic, and technically proficient Head of Sales CRM to spearhead the evolution and adoption of our Sales CRM platform! This pivotal role will act as the crucial bridge between the national Sales organisation, our technology teams and our valuable Customers.
Your role will be multifaceted with a huge focus on Sales as the CRM advocate for the sales user, championing functionality, usability, and workflow efficiency while reaping the benefits of a multi-platform CRM for the first time.
The realisation of this project is monumental - for the first time, Nine will be able to have a singular view of a customer across every way that they choose to buy media with us!
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce expert with a passion for empowering sales teams, driving transformative change, delivering outstanding results and leveraging insightful data to achieve outstanding commercial results.
