ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a hands-on Head of Sales, you’ll independently set sales team OKRs, strategize effective growth plans, and execute them with high energy and confidence. Working directly with our founding CRO you will manage and scale a team of currently 6 ambitious BDRs and Account Executives to continuously boost new logos and healthy ARR growth for our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll be playing at the center court of our growth engine, propelling our company to new growth heights. You will step into a role where you can substantially impact and lead a high-performing international sales team to repeat peak performance.
The start date is March/April 2025, the work location is Berlin.
