Work Address: Al Barari, Dubai
Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00, full-time. Working days: Monday–Friday. Weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
Demand: Base salary + KPIs + bonuses (discussed individually).

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in managing sales of real estate, premium design, or renovation services.
  • Working in Dubai: minimum 1 year * Excellent knowledge of English (Second language Russian or Arabic are an advantage). * E[perience in direct sales with developers, real estate agencies, and contractors.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing a sales department.
  • Knowledge of modern sales techniques and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Strong skills in strategic negotiations and partnership management.
  • Experience in recruiting and developing sales managers.
  • Experience in developing a partner network with developers, real estate agencies, and contractors.
  • An existing professional network in real estate, architecture, or design (considered an advantage).
  • Stable career history with confirmed results.
  • Understanding of the specifics of working with premium-segment clients and large-scale deals.
  • Higher education (preferably in business, architecture, or related fields).

    • Personal qualities: self-organization, creativity, initiative, reliability, flexibility, ambition, and strong result orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the sales department.
  • Maintain reporting and data analysis in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle personal sales and negotiations with key clients.
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to ensure maximum team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other studio departments — design, marketing, project management, finance.
  • Prepare presentations, commercial offers, and participate in tenders.
  • Develop long-term partnerships in the luxury real estate and design market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies through partner networks: developers, contractors, real estate agencies.
  • Represent the studio at meetings, industry exhibitions, and professional events.
  • Reporting line: Owner.
