Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

• Have you had any experience in obtaining construction permits ?
• For which categories of buildings did you receive permits ?

· Managing the sales department (starting with 2 managers, with prospects for expansion)
· Personal involvement in sales: working with key clients, negotiations, and presentations
· Control of sales plan implementation
· Training and developing the team
· Developing partnership relations (with realtors, developers, construction companies).
· Implementing and managing the CRM system.
· Market analysis and identifying new opportunities for the company’s growth.
· Collaborating with the marketing department for lead generation.
