Description:

What will your responsibilities look like?
Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive direct & indirect sales strategy focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, customer acquisition and partner enablement.
Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients personally in target markets. Proactively engage with high-potential prospects and drive outbound sales efforts to build and expand the customer base.
Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, deeply understanding their pain points and demonstrate how a Digital Twin can make the clients’ business more efficient and deliver expected ROI.
Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to optimize follow-up and increase close rates.
Enhance Sales Operations: Build data-driven sales processes, monitor & optimize sales performance based on clear KPIs and develop & mentor a high-performing sales team leading by example.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and product team to refine targeting, messaging, and product features based on customer feedback and market insights.
What do we expect from you?
Track Record: Several years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth, competitive market – knowledge in the AEC/O industry & experience in a startup environment a plus
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive new business and close complex, high-value deals. Experience with solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
Hunter Mentality: Highly motivated, self-starting, and tenacious approach to sales. Thrives in high-energy environments and is not deterred by rejection.
Results-Driven: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities with an entrepreneurial & hands-on mentality.
Innovator Spirit: Tech enthusiasm and the motivation to disrupt the industry with a new innovative solution.
Team Player: Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills with a team players mindset.
Business Proficiency: Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and SaaS sales tools and processes. Business fluent in written and spoken English, German a plus
