HEAD OF SALES – EDTECH | VOCATIONAL LEARNING

Are you a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of the post-16 learning space? This is your opportunity to shape the growth of cutting-edge EdTech solutions used by colleges and training providers across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 3 BDM’s to drive sales across Further Education and Independent Training Providers
  • Own and deliver team-wide revenue targets – this is a hands-on player/coach role
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with tech vendors and resellers
  • Use your knowledge of the FE sector (think Apprenticeship levy, ILR, ALS, funding) to tailor strategic sales campaigns
  • Balance partner strategy, sales execution, and team performance – all within a fast-moving scale-up environment
