Description

ABOUT EFTSURE

Eftsure is Australia’s leading B2B payment fraud prevention platform, helping businesses verify supplier details and protect against cybercrime, scams, and costly payment errors—before funds ever leave the bank. Trusted by thousands of finance teams and safeguarding nearly $24 billion in payments each month, we’re proud to be recognised on the AFR Fast 100 list for the second consecutive year as one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies.
As fraud tactics continue to evolve, demand for Eftsure is accelerating. With a strong foothold across Australia and New Zealand, this role is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing ANZ sales organisation at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. You’ll play a key role in scaling our impact locally, empowering more businesses to take control of payment security.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and inspiring Head of Sales to lead our high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you’ll manage three direct people leaders and oversee a team of 20+ Business Development Managers. You’ll be responsible for driving growth across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments in a high-volume sales environment where momentum and consistency matter. Because our product doesn’t offer a traditional ROI, success hinges on your team’s ability to lead with value, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and influence decision-makers at the executive level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 sales leaders and ~20 BDMs in our North Sydney office
  • Drive new business growth across SMB, MM, and Enterprise accounts
  • Build and sustain a high-performance sales culture focused on velocity, quality, and consistency
  • Set and execute strategic plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all regions
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Customer teams to refine GTM strategy who generate upwards of 500+ meetings a month
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously optimise team structure and sales processes
  • This role is hybrid and requires you to be in the office a minimum 3 days per week
