Elevation Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales on behalf of one of our key clients, a leading manufacturer of fire safety systems.
This is a senior leadership role within a specialist manufacturing business that supplies innovative safety-critical systems across both UK and international markets.
In the UK, their clients include architects, specifiers, and project stakeholders involved in large-scale developments. Internationally, they work closely with distribution partners, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to deliver outstanding results in their local markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Define and implement sales strategies tailored to both UK project-driven sales and international distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, specifiers, and distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape business growth plans and market positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with sector-specific requirements, providing clients with confidence in the safety and reliability of our solutions.
