As Head of Sales Europe, you’ll own our go-to-market strategy across key verticals and territories. You’ll work closely with global revenue leadership to deliver aggressive ARR growth targets — by developing scalable sales processes, coaching high-performing teams, and securing strategic wins.

Responsibilities
  • Own European revenue growth: Define and execute strategic sales plans to exceed aggressive ARR targets across the region.
  • Lead and scale the European sales team, supporting account executives and regional leads across four high-impact industries:
  • Energy & Utilities
  • Insurance & Agriculture
  • Aviation & Transportation
  • Defense & Government (incl. drone-based solutions)
  • Build and refine scalable, repeatable sales processes across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success to accelerate pipeline and drive expansion.
  • Forecast and report sales performance regularly to senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, ensuring our solutions meet evolving market needs.
  • Represent Meteomatics across the European market, including conferences, partner meetings, and client engagements.
  • Travel across Europe as needed to drive results.
