Job Description
As our Head of Sales Excellence (m/f/d) you are responsible for driving the implementation of the commercial strategy & processes aligned with the score strategy within the respective country clusters. This role focuses on executing key commercial projects to ensure sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading sales teams, including disciplinary leadership duties.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the Commercial area within an internationally operatingcorporation.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects with strategic relevance for the overall organization.
  • Proven national sales responsibility with accountability for achieving country-wide commercial targets.

Responsibilities
  • Research: Evaluate market and business insights and translate them into concrete actions that support strategic sales objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate clear, compelling messages to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and objectives i.e. FSD Steering Team.
  • Organization: Structure and prioritize multiple sales management activities and projects, while actively designing, optimizing, and ensuring excellence in sales processes to maximize efficiency and deliver results against defined goals.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to country Heads of Sales, ensuring alignment with overarching goals, driving successful execution of commercial initiatives, and following up on progress and outcomes — all through strong influence and collaboration, without direct line management authority.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify commercial and operational challenges proactively and implement effective, data-driven solutions that support business growth.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and commercial projects across the cluster.
  • Creativity: Drive innovation by developing new approaches and creative solutions that enhance customer engagement and optimize commercial success
