The Sales Finance team is responsible for the strategy, pricing, marketing, and performance of this high-potential portfolio. We have strong foundations - a large partner network, a well-known brand, and proven financial products.

To support this, we’re seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Sales Finance Product & Enablement to lead the design, optimisation, and execution of everything we bring to market through our merchant partners. As Head of Sales Finance Product & Enablement, you will lead a high-impact team across product, pricing and analytics. Your mission is to ensure our merchant-facing propositions are competitive, clearly articulated, well executed, and tightly managed. You’ll serve as the central engine that powers partner growth by delivering clear value propositions, disciplined pricing structures, compliant execution, and data-driven performance improvement.
This role is both strategic and hands-on - requiring strong cross-functional leadership, a deep understanding of credit product dynamics, and an obsession with executional excellence.
