QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Preferably a relevant Master’s Degree.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • Previous experience from the FMCG industry in sales.
  • Strong background of leading teams and individuals.
  • A positive, pragmatic mindset that is flexible and prepared to navigate uncertainty.
  • An analytical approach, with a strong ability to interpret data and understand its economic impact.
  • Excellent people skills and high emotional intelligence, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset, eager to uncover new opportunities and challenge the status quo.
