Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven professional with proven expertise in driving business growth and building long-term client relationships. This role goes beyond individual sales performance — it offers the opportunity to shape the company’s expansion strategy while also creating and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Take ownership of achieving both individual and team sales targets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals to scale revenue growth.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Drive product promotion, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Support strategic initiatives including financial planning, licensing, compliance, and external partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
  • Provide management with regular reports, insights, and recommendations on market performance and expansion progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role in the [forex/financial services] industry.
  • Strong understanding of market operations, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and participate in industry events as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per mont
