Where your expertise is needed Take full accountability for revenue with new and existing corporate clients across our services lines Carbon Advisory, Portfolio Services and Offtakes Sales for our goodcarbon Originals. Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions. Actively manage and grow partnership sales channels. Focus on generating a robust pipeline for outbound sales efforts, ensuring a steady flow of potential deals. Work closely with the Marketing team to strategize and implement effective inbound marketing strategies, optimizing the lead generation and conversion processes. Recruit, lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, setting ambitious goals and driving the team towards achieving them. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate national goals. Build and maintain comprehensive market intelligence, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and product development. What we are looking for: 5+ years of proven success in B2B Enterprise sales Proven experience and an established network in sustainability and/or the carbon market are required Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies, coaching teams, and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence at the executive level. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
