Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales and trade operations within the retail channel Develop strategic plans and sales targets aligned with the budget Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets Implement work processes and execute strategy at points of sale Identify business opportunities Negotiate and close trade agreements - Qualifications (English) ✔Proven experience manage retail sales and commercial in the consumer goods / FMCG industry ✔ Experience managing field sales teams ✔ Proven experience leading trade agreements with retail chains ✔ Strong commercial mindset and business acumen ✔ Initiative, creativity and the ability to lead in a dynamic, target-driven environment ✔ Relevant academic degree
