Description

Position Title: Head of Sales
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE law
Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Start Date: Immediate
Job Overview: The Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing the entire sales department and driving the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales planning, team leadership, and performance optimization. This role involves the development and execution of sales strategies, the management of key accounts, the establishment of sales targets, and the continuous analysis of market trends to ensure the company’s sales objectives are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of sales achievement and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
