Description

The role develops and executes ISCA Academy’s regional expansion plan to drive sustainable growth, expand revenue streams, and strengthen market presence locally and overseas. It forges strategic partnerships, opens new business opportunities, and ensures programme offerings remain competitive and aligned with evolving industry and professional needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred. Familiarity with accounting, finance, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Academy’s expansion strategy, aligning with ISCA Academy’s vision and mission
  • Lead and manage the Academy’s high performing regional sales function in Singapore and overseas markets
  • Drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, regulators, and education providers
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients and new markets that the Academy can venture into
  • Ensure the quality and relevance of programmes and services, including bringing insights of industry needs to programme development team for curriculum development and delivery
  • Foster a culture of innovation, embracing technology and digital transformation
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, sales performance and market insights to the management team.
  • Represent the Academy in industry forums, conferences, and media engagements
