OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to build our sales team and drive our business growth. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, and technology sales. This is a hands-on position to come in and set the foundation and trajectory of sales function in the company. You will work directly with the CEO and be in charge of all sales functions. REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have proven experience in enterprise and technology sales
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus, along with familiarity with Hubspot
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and making informed decisions.
