As Head of Sales – Italy, you’ll drive growth in the Italian market, take full ownership of commercial performance, and build a high-performing team to scale revenue and market presence. In this role, you’ll: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets Own the commercial performance of the Italian market — from daily sales activity to quarterly revenue targets — with full accountability for output, margin, and pipeline quality Operate hands-on during the first months: build and close deals yourself to master the products, pricing logic, CRM flows, and procurement dynamics Build, train, and scale the Italian Growth team with a clear performance rhythm: daily KPIs, weekly reviews, and monthly pipeline and forecast accuracy checks Identify new verticals, partnerships, or product-mix opportunities to grow market share Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders; negotiate and close major deals ensuring optimal terms for the company Enforce high Salesforce data standards — no missing customer data, demand planning fields, or quote hygiene Continuously improve sales processes in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Sales Leader peers to increase speed, visibility, and profitability Report directly to leadership and act as the operational extension of the company’s GTM strategy in Italy Your Profile: Proven experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers Several years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of owning pipeline management and exceeding sales targets Performance-driven operator with strong pipeline discipline, KPI tracking, and coaching experience under pressure Lead-by-example attitude through individual contribution and structured feedback loops Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable decisions — pricing insights, conversion analysis, and margin optimization Skilled in maintaining CRM accuracy and enforcing sales hygiene Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape Thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments — you bring structure without bureaucracy Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in Italian Please note that this position is based in Berlin.
