This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Sales based in Brazil. This is a high-impact, hands-on sales leadership role focused on building and scaling a full revenue engine across outbound, inbound, and revenue operations in a fast-moving global environment. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable sales motions that directly drive pipeline growth and revenue performance. The role requires a builder mindset, combining strategic thinking with strong operational execution in a fully remote, globally distributed setup. You will lead a lean but high-performing sales team while actively shaping processes, tools, and go-to-market approaches. Success in this role means consistently improving conversion metrics, strengthening pipeline health, and accelerating speed-to-revenue. It is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments where ownership, speed, and accountability are essential. \n Accountabilities: Own end-to-end revenue operations, including forecasting, pipeline strategy, and business unit performance in alignment with leadership. Lead and scale a lean sales team, ensuring execution discipline, pipeline hygiene, and consistent target achievement. Design and continuously optimize outbound and inbound sales motions, including campaigns, messaging, and sequencing. Analyze sales performance data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition efforts. Act as a hands-on leader in closing high-value deals and coaching the team on objection handling and deal execution. Requirements: Proven experience in sales and business development, including leadership of outbound or closing teams in fast-paced environments. Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership to scale revenue operations. Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales operations tooling. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose pipeline issues and improve performance metrics. Excellent leadership and communication skills in distributed or remote team environments. Strong consultative selling and objection-handling capabilities with a focus on scalable processes.
