About the Role:This is a hands on role—you won’t be sitting in an office all day! You’ll be on the shop floor, leading by example, selling directly to customers, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding results. We need someone who can close deals, train staff, and drive sales in a competitive retail setting.

• Sell, sell, sell! You’ll be actively selling on the shop floor, engaging with customers, and hitting targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to maximise revenue and exceed expectations.
• Implement and refine sales strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Train and develop staff to improve product knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Monitor KPIs and work closely with management to drive continuous growth.
