Job Description Serve as a hands-on leader, managing a team of enterprise sellers while directly owning and driving sales within a defined territory. Drive consistent revenue growth through deep engagement with cybersecurity software solutions, focusing on B2B sales in key verticals including online retail, ecommerce, and financial services. Foster and expand strategic relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and other key decision-makers. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners and VARs, leveraging their influence to accelerate deal cycles. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish (native level) is required; Portuguese proficiency a plus. 3+ years in a leadership role (player/coach or manager) within enterprise cybersecurity sales. Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in selling cybersecurity and/or threat intelligence solutions to enterprise clients. Holds one or more recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC), demonstrating a strong foundation in security principles and practices. Technically astute and able to confidently communicate complex cyber and threat intelligence solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong familiarity with industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging security technologies. Recognized as a thought leader within the cybersecurity space—active participation in industry events, speaking engagements, or published insights/blogs is a strong plus.
