POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Head of Sales Longterm Care to lead our LTC Sales team (14FTE) in the Netherlands. This is an exciting leadership role where you will oversee a dynamic sales team, manage strategic accounts, and drive the growth of our business. You will also play a key role in shaping sales strategies, building profitable relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the competitive market.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcomed.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior sales role, with proven success in driving revenue growth in a dynamic business environment, preferably in Healthcare ICT.
  • Leadership: At least 2 years managing diverse teams in multicultural settings. A track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams is essential.
  • Data-Driven: You can analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance to develop actionable strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong customer focus, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage high-value clients effectively.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow the LTC segment in the Netherlands.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage your own portfolio of key accounts, nurturing relationships and driving business growth.
  • Foster strategic business relationships with key enterprise clients to promote Ascom’s brand and solutions.
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Represent Ascom at industry events, trade shows, and forums to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and regional management to drive strategic initiatives.
