Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and strategic Head of Sales to help shape the commercial success of Louma Farm & Retreat. You’ll be responsible for driving occupancy, profitability, and market share across all segments while representing Louma as an ambassador.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

  • Propose detailed sales and sales operational budgets for approval and then satisfy for Sales demands to achieve agreed performance.
  • Comply with Financial Procedures across the operation in terms of procurement, administration, stock handling, use of resources, personnel utilisation, and other aspects for a benchmark operation.
  • Work in synergy with a unified strategic plan alongside internal teams and third party partners to maximise opportunities, achieve sales goals, and expand market exposure/share.
  • Prepare approved and up-to-date communications for external use.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that reflect our brand values in accordance to Louma Corporate Identity.
  • Build and nurture relationships with selected key accounts, high-end travel advisors, luxury concierges, corporate bookers, and UHNW networks.
  • Proficiently represent Louma at trade shows, industry events and bespoke occasions to establish and proactively drive its position as a leading establishment in its class for the UK.
  • Propose retreats, promotions, activations, events and FAM trips with business plans for approval.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead approved commercial negotiations with strategic partners.
  • Identify innovation and trends for building and enhancing the long-term business and operations.
  • Proactively drive sales and profitability across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for sales, profitability, occupancy and other metrics.
  • Provide timely daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested.
  • Maintain up-to-date market research, competitor knowledge and comparisons for benefit across all aspects of the business.
  • Provide training and development for Sales and Guest Relations Teams.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide exceptional customer service aligned with the Louma Business Plan and ethos.
