The Head of Sales for MAN Financial Services (RF) (Pty) Ltd will lead the sales strategy. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market
share, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong

leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial services or automotive finance.

  • Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business plans.
  • Team Management


    • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals

    • Set performance targets and ensure accountability through regular reviews and coaching.
    • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
    • Sales Operations


      • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

      • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
      • Client & Partner Engagement


        • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and financial partners.

        • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
        • Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
        • Market Intelligence


          • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

          • Provide insights to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and campaigns

          QUALIFICATIONS:

          • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

          • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
