REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience in UAE (2+ years in leadership preferred)
  • Strong network with developers and investors in the off plan market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and inspire large sales teams to consistently meet targets
  • Hand-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Bitrix24, for lead management pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan projects to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team specializing in off-plan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process for off-plan projects, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Monitor market trends, project launches and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and industry regulations throughout the sales process
