THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our leasing and marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for keeping our spaces visible, attractive, and occupied. This is a practical, varied role suited to someone experienced in property marketing and sales who enjoys rolling up their sleeves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and manage all marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital assets)
• Run advertising across portals, social media, and our website
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents
• Respond promptly to enquiries and convert them into viewings and deals
• Conduct tours and showings of available spaces
• Prepare lease paperwork and oversee tenant onboarding
• Manage renewals and retention with existing tenants
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance; provide regular updates to the team
• Keep an eye on competitors and market activity
