Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business, maximising revenue opportunities, and ensuring our brand is effectively positioned across all channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a proactive sales environment, with the creativity to lead innovative marketing campaigns and the commercial acumen to deliver measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively source and grow new business across leisure, corporate, weddings, and events markets
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Manage key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and secure repeat business
  • Work closely with the General Manager to set and monitor revenue targets and KPIs
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and sales missions
