As the Head of Mid-Market Sales, EU, your mission is to drive Hawk’s growth by leading the mid-market sales function across the region. You will develop and execute a targeted sales strategy, manage a team of high-performing Account Executives, and ensure consistent revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on sales leader with deep expertise in the European market and a proven track record in closing mid-market deals.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the EU region as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the EU mid-market segment, aligned with Hawk’s overall growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, ensuring a structured approach to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish clear performance goals and provide ongoing training to enhance consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Support the team in navigating complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline to ensure visibility into performance metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to mid-market customers, understanding their business needs and positioning Hawk’s solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value for customers.
  • Represent Hawk at industry events and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and global sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
