Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: HEAD OF SALES

As our Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for defining, leading, and executing MonetizeMore’s global sales strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on sales expert who can build and scale a revenue engine across international markets, with a focus on high-value enterprise clients in the ad-tech space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own & Lead the Sales Function: Drive the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution—from lead generation to contract close.
  • Set the Sales Vision: Define and execute MonetizeMore’s go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Executive Team.
  • Drive Strategic Revenue: Target and close deals with Publishers, have existing relationships and broad based understanding around the needs of DSPs, SSPs, GCPPs, MCMs, exchanges to drive partner led sales for Traffic Cop across APAC.
  • Build & Scale the Sales Team: Hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales talent, building a metrics-driven sales org.
  • Act as a Player-Coach: Stay hands-on in high-stakes sales conversations and negotiations while coaching others to success.
  • Present & Educate: Deliver compelling product pitches and demos tailored to client challenges and verticals.
  • Refine the Value Proposition: Work with Marketing and Product to sharpen our messaging and positioning in a competitive market.
  • Optimize Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit aggressive growth targets.
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Identify and onboard channel partners to amplify our reach and strengthen joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Inform Product & GTM Strategy: Relay market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap and growth initiatives.
  • Sell with AI in Mind: Understand and articulate how our AI-powered solution, Traffic Cop, solves complex fraud and IVT issues in digital advertising—positioning its technological edge as a major differentiator in the market.
