Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and develop the commercial team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving customer retention and growth. This role involves setting clear objectives, tracking performance, and providing regular feedback to team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Set clear sales objectives, measure progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Conduct daily performance tracking of Tiers vs. targets
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales and support the team in maximising sales potential
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member on regular basis to understand their strengths and goals
  • Organise at least two training sessions or workshops per year
  • Implement performance KPIs and track measurable improvements in gross margin sold by Tier month-on-month
  • Implement call-back targets to ensure all customers are contacted
  • Regularly report sales performance to senior management, highlighting successes and challenges
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Implement new processes within the team to increase efficiency
