Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Sales – NSW is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering the NSW state revenue budget and leading a high-performing team across agency and direct channels. We’re looking for an exceptional sales leader who can elevate team capability, foster a vibrant and ambitious culture, and grow Are Media’s presence and influence across the market and trade.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing to ensure competitiveness, along with the ability to build and maintain influential relationships with key decision-makers. This is a role for a leader who inspires, connects and delivers – driving growth through bold ideas, brilliant partnerships, and a relentless focus on results.

DUTIES

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is about more than revenue delivery – it’s about shaping a team that’s commercially sharp, strategically confident, and deeply connected to client and agency partners. The Head of Sales will work closely with our pre sales and client solutions teams to ensure every brief response taken to market is delivered to a high standard, with creativity and client-centricity at its core.
