Okoora is building the Operating Layer for Modern Finance, helping companies and platforms manage financially significant activity with greater visibility, control, and execution. We're looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to work directly with our CEO and take ownership of revenue growth. This is not a "manage from afar" leadership role. We're looking for a commercial leader who can lead a team, run complex enterprise sales cycles, and personally drive strategic deals to close. What you'll own: Revenue and pipeline conversion Sales team leadership and performance Enterprise and fintech sales execution Forecasting, pipeline discipline, and operating cadence Building a scalable sales engine What we're looking for: Proven experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams Strong enterprise closing track record Background in fintech, payments, treasury, banking technology, capital markets, or related financial sectors Hands-on leadership style and high accountability Excellent English communication skills Why join Okoora?
