JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations, with a proven track record in driving multimillion-dollar revenues, managing large-scale sales teams, and executing international sales strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of off-plan real estate, a strong network of local and international investors, and the strategic acumen to deliver growth through effective planning, team leadership, and cross-functional execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MSc in Financial Investments / Real Estate or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; basic proficiency in Arabic and Chinese is a plus.
  • ERP/CRM expertise: Salesforce, Oracle, Oddo, SIEBEL, SAS.
  • Strong MS Office and reporting tool skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years in real estate sales and commercial roles.
  • Background in high-value real estate projects (e.g., Eighteen, DAMAC, EMAAR).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments across the Middle East and Pakistan.
  • Prior leadership roles in well established development companies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term sales and revenue strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and execute 3–5 year financial and sales plans, incorporating market shifts and expansion goals.

Business & Channel Development

  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Build, nurture, and activate a network of local and international channel partners.
  • Expand business into new regional markets with sales office activation.

Sales Operations & Marketing

  • Create and oversee the sales and marketing planning process, including budgeting and ROI tracking.
  • Drive brand positioning and execute recognition strategies to establish market presence.

Revenue & Investor Management

  • Develop investment strategies and pitch plans for HNWIs, hedge funds, and angel investors.
  • Maintain and grow investor portfolios through relationship-building and targeted campaigns.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor sales teams, including training on real estate product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture with target-based incentives and recognition programs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Product Development for integrated execution.
  • Ensure alignment between sales goals and company-wide strategic initiatives.
