The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced, driven and open-minded Head of Sales Operations with strong analytical and strategic skills working closely with our Chief Sales Officer. You will have the mandate and autonomy to design, optimize, and scale our internal sales engine (currently around 20 people) for maximum performance. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable results. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, processes, and culture as we accelerate our growth across Europe and beyond. We have an office-first culture and are searching for someone who joins us in our office at the heart of Berlin. Tasks Act as the right hand to the CSO, translating vision into actionable sales strategies and execution plans Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, systems, and performance management frameworks Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive informed decision-making Lead cross-functional strategic projects—from go-to-market initiatives to system integrations and change management Empower and enable our sales managers and teams with tools, insights, and best practices to achieve and exceed targets Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the sales organization Requirements Proven experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or business operations within a high-performing B2B sales environment - ideally in media, tech, or related sectors Experience designing and scaling sales processes, managing complex projects, and leading organizational change Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; a data-driven mindset Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse, multicultural teams Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM system) Fluency in German and English Benefits A key leadership role with real influence and visibility at the executive level A modern workplace in the heart of Berlin Public transportation ticket Monthly budget to spend in an area of your liking, incl.
