Your Mission

  • Strategy & Alignment: Driving Sales Excellence:
  • Define and execute strategic priorities for Sales Ops, aligning with business goals.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, commercial teams, leadership, and operations.
  • Provide leadership with data-backed insights to refine sales and business strategies.
  • Operations: Building a Smooth Engine:
  • Optimize CRM management, sales processes, and tools.
  • Lead process improvements and change management for seamless transitions.
  • Enable and develop the Sales Ops team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Analytics: Turning Data into Action:
  • Oversee revenue control, KPI tracking, and OKR alignment.
  • Translate sales data into strategic insights that drive decision-making.
  • Enablement: Powering Sales Performance
  • Enhance onboarding, training, and documentation for the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching in collaboration with sales leadership.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within SaaS or tech.
  • Proven expertise in CRM (Salesforce) management and process optimization.
  • Hands-on mindset with strong ownership, driving both strategic initiatives and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills in revenue control, KPI tracking, and business planning.
  • Effective communicator who aligns sales, leadership, and operations seamlessly.
  • Experience leading teams, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Successful track record in change management and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, analytics platforms, and technology integration.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in English and German.
