We are looking for a hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, analytics, and enablement within our sales organization. This role will streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and equip our sales team with the tools and insights needed for scalable, predictable growth. Your Mission
- Strategy & Alignment: Driving Sales Excellence:
- Define and execute strategic priorities for Sales Ops, aligning with business goals.
- Act as the bridge between sales, commercial teams, leadership, and operations.
- Provide leadership with data-backed insights to refine sales and business strategies.
- Operations: Building a Smooth Engine:
- Optimize CRM management, sales processes, and tools.
- Lead process improvements and change management for seamless transitions.
- Enable and develop the Sales Ops team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence.
- Analytics: Turning Data into Action:
- Oversee revenue control, KPI tracking, and OKR alignment.
- Translate sales data into strategic insights that drive decision-making.
- Enablement: Powering Sales Performance
- Enhance onboarding, training, and documentation for the sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching in collaboration with sales leadership.
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within SaaS or tech.
- Proven expertise in CRM (Salesforce) management and process optimization.
- Hands-on mindset with strong ownership, driving both strategic initiatives and execution.
- Strong analytical skills in revenue control, KPI tracking, and business planning.
- Effective communicator who aligns sales, leadership, and operations seamlessly.
- Experience leading teams, coaching, and developing talent.
- Successful track record in change management and minimizing operational disruptions.
- Proficiency in sales tools, analytics platforms, and technology integration.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in English and German.
