Your key responsibilities will be to Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven, customer-focused culture. Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and return-on-capital targets. Shape Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. Partner for Success: Collaborate across marketing, operations, and supply chain to deliver integrated business strategies. Engage Customers: Build long-term relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver technical solutions that exceed expectations What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years in senior sales roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG and B2B. Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L management and strategic decision-making skills. Industry Expertise: Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets. IBP Savvy: Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment. Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce. Why join us?
