Description
  • Lead and supervise Assistant Managers across multiple areas/regions.
  • Develop effective marketing and operational strategies to ensure target achievement across managed regions
  • Collaborate and coordinate across functions to align company strategies and objectives
  • Evaluate regional performance based on predetermined KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, such as banks and vendors, to support business expansion and operations
  • Ensure operational efficiency by implementing and evaluating applicable SOPs
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports on target achievements and challenges encountered
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales , with approximately 2 years of experience leading a large-scale (multi-regional) team
  • Experience or in-depth understanding of SaaS sales, POS, EDC, QRIS, and other payment systems
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale teams and data-driven business strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Experience in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
