As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a sharp, strategically minded Head of Sales to spearhead our sales function. This is a critical role with a strong emphasis on client development in the construction sector, particularly where 168-hour manned guarding and multi-site security projects are concerned.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll own and execute the sales vision across all of Alpine’s construction-focused services. Working closely with site managers, project directors, QS teams, and main contractors, you’ll secure new contracts, grow key accounts, and position Alpine as the preferred provider for construction site security.
Whether it’s bidding for multi-site developments or embedding security from pre-start to project handover, your work will directly shape how construction clients perceive, procure, and rely on professional security services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Alpine’s sales growth within the construction industry, leading sales efforts for CCTV, access control, and manned guarding—especially 168-hour, round-the-clock contracts.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction firms, developers, and civil contractors across Ireland.
  • Secure long-term guarding contracts for live construction sites, including new builds, high-rise developments, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline aligned with active tenders, upcoming site starts, and large-scale framework agreements.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing sector-specific mentoring to strengthen client engagement and deal closure in construction.
  • Own the bid and tender process, ensuring responses reflect site-specific needs—like RAMS, Safe Pass requirements, and site inductions.
  • Collaborate with site deployment and ops teams to ensure effective mobilisation of guarding staff and security tech installations.
  • Represent Alpine Security at construction briefings, toolbox talks, industry forums, and pre-start coordination meetings.
  • Track sales KPIs and adjust commercial strategies to maximise win rates, contract longevity, and client satisfaction.
