Description

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has been a top closer themselves and knows how to build and lead a sales team from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Develop sales strategies and targets aligned with our business goals
  • Train and support agents to close deals more effectively
  • Manage lead distribution and follow-up process (CRM usage)
  • Coordinate with developers to secure inventory and project access
  • Report directly to the CEO on weekly progress and KPIs

✅ Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals (off-plan/resale)
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Farsi and other Languages are a plus)
  • Well-connected with developers and agencies in the city
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
